TERMS & CONDITIONS


We’re In The Madhouse Darts Ltd (company number 16838288), a company registered in England and Wales.


Whenever you shop with us these terms apply. If you need more information, please get in touch.


Our terms are occasionally updated, and we last reviewed them in December 2025


Our customers

To shop with us, you need to:

• use a payment method that we accept; and

• be authorised to use that payment method


When you place an order with In The Madhouse Darts;

• You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.

• We only accept and begin to process your order once payment has been approved.

• If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to accommodate requests but once orders have been dispatched it’s impossible to make any changes.


All orders are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is processed, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded or offered an alternative if there is one.


In very rare circumstances we may need to complete further checks before fulfilling an order, if this is the case please be patient with us and remember you can always contact the team for more info.


We reserve the right to refuse an order if the item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock if we are unable to obtain authorisation of payment, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.


Prices and Product Descriptions


We work hard to keep our product descriptions accurate and up to date, if you have any specific questions or comments about a product please get in touch with the team. 

Prices include VAT (for all orders delivered in the UK and Eurozone countries).  All deliveries outside of the UK and the Eurozone do not pay VAT.

 Delivery costs are also charged (you can find more information on our SHIPPING page). Delivery costs will be clearly shown during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email.


Delivery


Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery times, depending on the delivery address. 


Unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, may limit the services provided to us by the Royal Mail or our couriers - please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external companies

Returns and Refunds

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received by our returns team within 30 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with any receipts. 


If a returned item is damaged through use, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you along with an additional shipping charge. Personalised items (flights, shafts, surrounds, clothing etc) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except in the case of faulty or damaged products. This does not affect your statutory rights.


We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service to return items to us as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.


Any refund will be made in the tender type used in the original order.

Discount Codes


Sometimes we share Discount Codes through our social media, which lets you reduce the price of your purchase. Remember to follow us on our socials to make sure you don’t miss out.


Each Discount Code has its own terms and these will be shared when we publish a discount code.


You’ll need to remember to enter the Discount Code when you checkout.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect your personal information. If any of your details change you can login to your account and keep everything updated.

In the Madhouse Darts has the required permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website. All such rights are reserved.

Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

At In The Madhouse Darts we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes, despite careful consideration, a product may not meet your expectations. With our “Simple Returns” policy, you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered.


Policy Details


Returns Within 30 Days: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.


Original Packaging: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, just as you received it. This helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the product.


Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalised items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift vouchers are non-returnable. 


Damaged or incorrect items: Please follow the Return Process, ensuring you upload an image of the damaged or incorrect item


Returns Process


Initiate a Return: Please email us at sales@inthemadhousedarts.co.uk quoting your name, order number, postal address and the reason for return.

If the item is damaged or incorrect, please upload a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

Your returns slip will be emailed within 24 hours


Package the Item(s): Securely package your items. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include your returns slip in your package so that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible. 


Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. In The Madhouse Darts will not hold responsibility for any goods lost in transit.


Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it's in the original condition. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Where applicable, In The Madhouse Darts will refund the standard return postage costs. We will not be held liable for return costs using premium shipping.
